She sent emails of houses that met my criteria, kept me updated on flexml, and was able to give knowledge or find out about any home I inquired about. I would send her a picture of a house and she would schedule a time to go view that was suitable for me. Once I found my home, she was on top of inspections, making offers, and communicating with the mortgage company in what was needed. Got me and excellent deal on my home, plus flooring and closing cost. Was readily available to do just about anything I asked. I'm not a decorative person so I asked her to help me pick the floors for my new home. She said yes with no hesitation. Vickie was outstanding and made my process a walk in the park. Very outstanding how she used resources to find out about houses and the knowledge she already had about some.
