Seller reviewVinney managed the sale of my home after I moved out of town. He really came through for me and I cannot thank him enough. He takes care of everything (inspections, repairs, etc.) and responds immediately when you have a question or concern. Because of his knowledge of my neighborhood he sold the home in one day on the market and for more than the listing price. During my shopping experience I decided that new construction made the most sense for me. I informed Vinny of my decision and Vinny not only understood my reasons for new construction but offered to meet me at the design center to help me with my upgrade choices. Prior to closing on my new construction home I found an existing home that I fell in love with and asked Vinny to show it to me which he did - no questions asked. Vinny met me on a Saturday morning and by Sunday afternoon my offer had been accepted. I am in love with my current home and cannot thank Vinny enough for making it possible.
