Will Catlett is a professional in very meaning of the word. He exemplifies service, humility, and integrity and seeks always to do what is in the best interest of his client, not his commission. Will sought for my wife and I to be comfortable throughout the entire home buying process and offered reassurance after mitigating circumstances entirely outside of Will's control prevented us from several homes. He wrote incredibly compelling offers and his knowledge of the market made the home buying process that much more secure. We encountered several problems with our lender, something outside of Will's locus of control, and 10 days before closing we thought we may not be able to get the home that Will had found for us. However because Will is so strongly driven by his commitment to the best interests of the client, he was able to help us navigate the issues we were confronted with and set us on a course to purchase the house we are now delighted to call home. Will did not need to do half of the things that he did to make buying our home possible; he easily could have pushed houses on us and moved on. However, when you work with Will Catlett, he makes you feel as though you are the only priority he has in the world. We are delighted to have worked with him, and only wish there were more Will's so all people could benefit from his experience and expertise.

Where do I start when it comes to Will? Let's see, I would start off by saying he became a realtor, friend, and guidance counselor all in one!!He most definitely exceeded my expectations of what a realtor is. Will was all around awesome from day one and he was able to tailor the experience to fit ALL of my needs. I found myself either texting or calling Will every single day, any time of the day, sometimes throughout the entire day and he was always there to talk. This was my first time buying a home so I did not know what to expect but I can guarantee Will covered all and any questions/concerns that I may have had. He not only coached me but he also taught me so much from realtor lingo to the breakdown of basic (maybe not so basic) technicalities of buying a home. I am certain that Will's intentions were far more than just getting me into a house he made sure I bought a beautiful and safe home for my daughter and myself. Honestly, words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for Will. I hope that many other first time homebuyers get the same experience that I had because it was a great one!
