                Seller reviewZach was more than exceptional as a broker. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was going as we discussed. He also went out of his way, even after office hours to make sure that things were going well, not only in the sale but also to make sure that I was comfortable with everything. He is very knowledgeable about the area's and I would recommend him to anyone! Zach was very prompt about returning calls and emails. Zach definitely went well beyond the scope of a broker and I would definitely rate him as the top broker in Wimberley!

                Seller reviewWe can't say enough kind words about Zach. He is such a nice person. Our house in San Marcos that did get sold was uniquely designed, esp. with 2 kitchens. So it really took the right people to buy it!! Sooo we are so thankful for Zach's ability & knowledge & working with other agents we were able to sell it!! And luckily that same day Zach showed us some homes that just came on the market in Wimberley & the very same day we put in an offer the very same day!!                 Seller reviewAs previously mentioned, Zachary Adkisson was very professional as well as successful in representing us. The previous firm we used was Sotheby's - one would think they would be professional as well as successful, but they weren't, even with several years of having the listing. That is why we switched the listing to Zachary- clearly, the right decision. The sale was made in under a year for asking price+! And, we even had a backup contract matching the first contract.....how often does that happen? It happens when you have someone like Zachary. He knows his stuff, and he grew up in the area and knows the market; that, combined with his easy personality as well as professional knowledge, make for a very happy combination.
