Seller reviewI am not easily pleased and have very high expectations, Zach knew that from my previous home purchase and he was up for the challenge again. He did everything I asked and more. Zach's easy going manner and serious work ethic are a great combination. I highly recommend Zachary Adkisson.

Buyer reviewWe had previously worked with Zachary and had such a great experience with his service on our 1st home, we did not consider working with anyone else. I do not live in Wimberley. The only reason we were able to purchase this property is because Zachary agreed to meet with me after one of my meetings. I drove in to Wimberley after that meeting and Zachary worked me in to go see the property. After we saw the property, we decided to put an offer in and Zachary immediately submitted our offer to the seller's agent. He acted so quickly, we beat out another offer by 1 hour and were able to purchase the property. Had Zachary waited, we would not have gotten the property, since other offers came in very shortly after ours. You need another category that is better than "Excellent" for "timely communications" and many other categories on this list in reference to Zachary. We will continue to work with Zachary on any other land/home purchases in the future. He has been a true pleasure to work with and we have all the confidence in the world that he will continue to make these transactions as easy as possible for us.

Seller reviewWe were very fortunate to have found Zachary for our realtor. He really knows Wimberley and was able to provide us with good in-site into this area. He was very professional in all our conversations and dealings. Wimberley will be our future retirement area and we plan on doing more real estate transactions with Zachary. Zachary helped us buy our home in Saddleridge and turned around and rented it within about a three week period.
