Buyer reviewArt went above and beyond with helping me find a property with the room and acreage that I wanted in a pretty hot market. Then scheduled all the inspections and even recommended a painter. He made the process very hands-off for me, something I truly appreciated in the midst of all the chaos of moving, working, and going to school. Art was great, and easy to relate to given our shared service in the Marine Corps. It was really a painless process working with someone who understood what I was looking for from a personal standpoint, and then was able to turn those ideas and wishes into an actual property.

Literally she is the best realtor in Jacksonville and can't say enough positives about her. April was always a phone call or text away for me. I had already moved and she took care of everything and would always take my calls no matter what time. Just an amazing person and the most helpful realtor I've ever had. April was on top of all contracts and all information necessary for the selling of my house. Very organized and professional during our whole process. Heard from friend whom used April as well. Very glad I followed her recommendations
