Seller reviewI dealt With Art when buying a home in 2013. He was the Seller's agent while I was the buyer. How he advocated for the buyer and their interests was much better than my Buyer's agent and was blatantly obvious. From that time, I knew that if and when I sold this home I would call Art because I knew he would have my best interest in mind. There was not one time where I had a question that went unanswered either by text, phone, or email. All communication was easy and smooth. always answered his phone or called back within minutes. This sale was seamless and Art did allot of work to get it sold. I'm in the Military and stationed away from the area and I had no issues at all selling this house due too Art's hard work, that included finding contractor's to get things fixed, and ensuring the quality of work was good. I wouldn't call anyone else for buying or selling this area.

The friend has an extensive knowledge in purchasing and property management making it an easy choice to take his recommendations. Christina was extremely attentive to purchase and all questions were answered quickly and accurately.

Seller reviewWe reached out to Crystal initially when we bought our house in 2018. She did such a fantastic job we knew when we were ready to sell the only person to help us would be her. She earned our trust and was very personable. If I had to rate crystal on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the highest) she would be up there close to a 20! That's how awesome she was for us both times! Crystal was always available day or night (within a reasonable hour) and if she was unable to answer the phone she would always follow up with a text stating she would call us back. She never forgot to call back either. All around very pleased with her and hope to one day use her again with buying a house. Thanks crystal.
