Seller reviewCristina Jurado is amazing. She has helped us buy 2 different houses now and sell one of them. She always throughly explains the process and walks you through it step by step. She is easy to reach and always on top of any situation that arises. I don't know how she does it. I would (and have) recommended her to anyone I know who is in need of an agent, either buying or selling.

Seller reviewI decided to place my trust in Art because of our shared faith and because we were both former Marines. I felt that he would not let me down. He did not. From the day I first walked into his office and met him, Art took responsibility personally for my sale. I was not farmed out to be handled by a junior associate. Art's assistant Marissa was just terrific! Exceptionally organized, knowledgeable and capable. I felt that she, just like Art, took personal responsibility for my sale. As if it were the only one going on. They were there for me. Top notch!

Buyer reviewWe just relocated to North Carolina from Florida. That being said Arlin Patino went above and beyond to find us a home. She knew we wanted to live on the street where our daughter lives. After two homes fell through on the street, she went knocking on people's doors to ask if they were thinking about selling their home in the near future. Sure enough someone had been thinking about selling their home. And we our now fixing up the home and looking forward to moving in! Thanks to Arlin! And with that being said, we have made a new friend.
