April always made time even at the last minute. April instantly felt like a close friend or family. We shared family similarities while exchanging our family stories. Seemed liked she really just wanted to help, not just sell us something. She and her family will definitely be invited to the first family BBQ at our new home.

Seller reviewArt Furtney was very professional and friendly when I had questions or concerns. He is a remarkable sales person who I would recommend to anyone. He was very patient with me when I called him about silly concerns or asking repeatedly questions. He made me feel like I an old friend he as known for years. When I was interviewing Art about being our sales rep, he came well prepared with documentation showing comparable prices in our neighborhood and other things. Art was on top of getting things done in a quick timely matter and handling things at our house for us considering I was in Georgia trying to buy a house. I am glad Art Furtney was my realtor. If in the future I buy house in NC, I would use him. He is awesome.
