Richard Elson's knowledge of the area and his understanding of our objectives when we relocated to Indianapolis made a stressful process very rewarding. We actually contracted to purchase our home before seeing it in person, which was only possible because we have absolute trust in Ricky to look after our best interests. I believe this attention to detail is what sold the house!!!!! Richard and his entire team we worked with provided the best customer service in the world. He took all of our calls immediately with any questions when they arose and was accessible whenever we needed him. He clearly communicated with us the entire way of the process and was in constant contact with us from day one. His entire team was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and could not have made us feel like we were in better hands. Can't thank them enough for this level of service and dedication to selling our home! AMAZING overall experience.
