Seller reviewJune 12, 2016 To Whom it may Concern After my husbands death, it was time for me to sell the house. I knew my first step was to find a realtor. I was talking with a neighbor, and she highly recommended Eileen O'Brien. My first meeting with Eileen, was very easy. She was professional, informative, friendly and I was very comfortable with her. Eileen took her time to explain the whole procedure on selling a home. She made a few recommendations on staging the home and I appreciated the input. It was a pleasure to work with Eileen and her team. Everyone was friendly and professional. Eileen went out of her way to be considerate of my lack of knowledge in selling a home, and was very patient with me when explaining every step in the process, even when she had to do more than once. I was so pleased with the sell of my home, that I now have Eileen listing a piece of property I own in southern Indiana. I know she will get this property sold! Seller reviewRicky's knowledge in sales if very good but the time he takes for the questions from my wife and I throughout the process are what we found most important. He always made time and made us feel important and a priority as this was a big move for us. We can't imagine the process going any smoother thanks to not only Ricky but his whole team especially his assistant, Angie.
