Seller reviewthis is the third of four properties lynn norusis has helped me sell. each time the result has been even more impressive than the previous sale, and the first sale was topnotch to begin with. lynn actively and brilliantly managed extensive renovations to this property prior to this sale, producing superb results. the property was only open for 4.5 days, sold for more than ten percent above the asking price, and closed ten days later. one neighbor quipped that the pre-sale interest in this property was so high due to lynn's marketing efforts that we should have hired a traffic cop to direct traffic near the house. full credit to lynn and her team for the breathtakingly wonderful final sale price, well above recent local comparative sales. the neighbors were both stunned and quite envious of lynn's results. there is no benchmark or standard that lynn and her team didn't far exceed. awesome experience for me made possible by her.
