Seller reviewTracey was downright outstanding in the marketing and sale of our home. After my initial outreach, she responded within hours and we were off and running. She was communicative, helpful, accessible, and friendly. She was incredibly thorough, outlining a detailed plan and timeline after just one walkthrough of our house. One of the things we found most helpful was the thorough walkthrough of the home with a resulting "honey-do" list of things we should do before going on the market to increase our chances of a quick sale. It was a long list (!!) but she was right, and with the stellar photographer/videographer she hired, we were ready for market on schedule. We received two offers within about 36 hours, one over asking price! She stayed in touch through to closing, and afterward, and everything went perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracey, and look forward to working with her again when we are ready to buy our next home!
