Being a first time home buyer at age 20/21, I didn't have a lot of knowledge of the process. I had two previous unsatisfactory experiences with other realtors/companies. It requires patience, timely communication, and respect on both ends to have a good experience buying a home. It should be a fun process! It wasn't all easy but, I started working with Mike and Jeff in February, got under contract in March and was due to close in April under normal circumstances but, closed in June. It was a rather smooth process, even with the twists and turns of the pandemic. They got me into a home I would've never expected to qualify for. It had everything I was looking for. I am pleased beyond words to be in my own home and for having shared this road with this company by my side. Some key things that stood out in their efforts were, they went to view a home moments after it went up for sale to take a look at it for me since there were no photos online, they of course have the standard available home uploads daily but they took it upon themselves to find the best picks and we'd set up appointments right away, and they were very involved every step of the way making sure the business side was constantly moving with my lender, keeping me updated, and explaining all of the paperwork in a way I'd understand. They're very passionate about what they do and have been amazing to work with. I'll definitely be recommending them and going back to them in the future.

Mike was very helpful and patient with me being a first time home buyer. He gave me the knowledge I needed to make a decision. He was always there to help when I called.
