Buyer reviewI had been looking to buy a house in the ABQ area for about 8 months. Mike took time to understand our needs, and had patience to see our likes and dislikes. Moreover I changed the budget on him a couple of times and also,changed the area to buy on him a couple of times. He was very accomodating to the changing requirements we placed on him. He led us down the right path and landed the house we very nearly missed, by following up on the sale and making sure we got the house we liked. Very happy with this experience.

We moved from Oregon to New Mexico and Mike was there for us 100%, tears, frustration, and tears of joy when we closed. It was a two month process and Mike never gave up and didn't let us give up. Buyer reviewMy wife and I are a retired military family with multiple overseas moves. We know how to move and make home decisions in a short amount of time and can be very demanding in order to get as much done in a short time as possible. My wife and I were living in Florida when Mike contacted us on a Tuesday, we provided him with a starting list of 20 homes told him we would be there on Thursday for house hunting through Monday. We found a house we loved and we were under contract by Friday afternoon. They were able to accommodate in a short timeframe and learned what we found important and found the home we loved. If you are a family with a short timeframe for house hunting, Mike will be able to help. He has a firm knowledge of the surrounding areas and the housing marked and the businesses that can affect supply of homes.
