Buyer reviewI cannot say enough about Kristin Moody's performance in helping us purchase our condo. She worked with us for months while our home in Virginia Beach was for sale setting up searches for possibilities for us. We came to Aldie for a family visit and she showed us several properties. We ultimately decided we wanted a one level condo which is rare in the area we wanted to be in. When one came available Kristin called us right away. Our first offer on the condo was declined, but then the original acceptance fell through and Kristin jumped right on it for us and got us in and our offer was accepted. We closed on our condo October 23rd. We are so happy that we were able to purchase a one-level condo that is so very close to our daughter. She was with us every step of the way and her knowledge of the area and amenities is exceptional. She even recommended someone to cut my hair and my haircut turned out great! Kristin Moody is a true professional and is enthusiastic in every aspect. We will certainly recommend Kristin Moody to any of our new found friends.

Her knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence that we could sell our home and buy a new one with relatively little stress, and we could not be happier with the job she did! Even after settlement, she answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations for local contractors for home updates.We will certainly be recommending Meredith and the Century 21 team to any friends and family in the future!

I deal with well in excess of 200 realtors in this area and, when the time came to purchase a home, there was no decision necessary as to who to choose as my realtor. I work daily with realtors on the buy and sale side. I know what makes a great agent, and I've seen good and bad and even the so-so agents. Meredith brings her game every day! She makes every client happy from start to finish and thereafter. Often her clients hire her for repeat sales and purchases, and often I see referral after referral sitting at closing from her prior clients. Simply phenomenal. Pure perfection. Meredith deserves every penny and more of her commission. She works exceptionally hard. She is available 24/7 and is responsive within minutes. It's amazing how quick and on top of everything she is and the results she attains.

She has an excellent eye for detail and knew how to best prepare and stage our house to sell it for top dollar within days of being listed, even getting offers over our asking price. She answered every question we had and listened to our concerns selling our house during COVID. Selling your house can be a bit like riding a roller coaster - lots of ups, downs, unexpected turns, concerns and emotions - and having the right agent to guide you through the process is crucial. Kristin Moody was that person for us. We can not recommend Kristin highly enough!!
