Buyer reviewWe had met Meredith Hannan early in the year to sell our townhouse and buy a single family home. Meredith was knowledgeable about how to sell our ADU property and how to "show our home" to get a quick sale. We were sold in a week! What a relief. Meredith was patient helping us find the house that was perfect for us! We found a new house in our budget and also met all the "must-haves" for my husband and I. Meredith is very knowledgeable. She was able to find issues during our showings (like a pre-inspection). Meredith was helpful in working in a CRAZY covid seller's market. She was unflappable. Meredith communicated great! She always made a point to explain every step of the buying and selling process as we were going through it. I would continue to reach out to Meredith in the future if I had a housing question. I found my perfect home so I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Seller reviewWhere do I begin...from the moment I met Kristin I new she would be the agent that we would be working with moving forward. A close friend referred me to Kristin and had so many positive things to say about her, and I completely understand why. She is very knowledgeable and will get whatever you need to be done completed. She genuinely cares and is such a sweet person, and easy to talk to and ask questions. I moved to another state and couldn't use Kristin on my new purchase, just to sell my old purchase. Man was I bummed about that! No one compares to her! She would be my lifelong agent if I had stayed in the area. If you're looking for an agent, Kristin is for sure the one! No hesitation needed!
