This was the first time we had sold a home. We had tried to sell the home about two years prior to this and had decided to pull the house off the market as we were not happy with how things had gone. When my wife contacted Josh we were still very nervous for what we were about to embark upon. Josh came to our house and was very flexible to work around our schedule. He sat down with us and laid everything out for us. He went through what we needed to do to get the house ready and gave us suggestions of things we could do to make the house even more desirable. He stayed and made sure that we had all of our questions and concerns resolved. The house sold within 6 hours and the entire process continued to be this smooth. Josh's assistant Cesilie was amazing also. I have never seen a team function as fluidly and smoothly as this one. When Josh was busy, she was right there to cover for him and there wasn't a day that went by that we didn't have communication with one or both of them. There was never a day that went by that we felt unsure that we were in great hands. Most importantly, we felt as though they were our friends, not just our sales agent. We will definitely be using this team in the future when we buy a new home for our family. I definitely felt that these two had our best interests at heart. Thank you Josh and Cesilie! Met him years ago knocking on doors. He had sold a neighbor's home very quickly. Josh works hard to get everything done in a timely manner and encourages you to keep moving. We encountered a few personal and family issues during the sale of our home and Josh treated us like family members. He was kind, caring, and considerate. He backed off when we needed him to and went gung ho when we needed him to. Cecily was fantastic. She even came to our house to get some timely documents signed so we wouldn't have to leave while we were packing up on moving day. I have recommended Josh to friends and family members. Even when Josh had bad news he handled himself well. We had a very difficult process (no fault to Josh) 3 deals fell through due to buyers but somehow Josh helped us not give up all hope.
