We had to let a different Realtor go and had excellent recommendations for Kate from one of her previous clients. She is always excellent with communication. She got us the best deal despite working with a selling realtor that held up our purchasing process. Kate will get you the house you want and work harder than anyone else. She did everything she could to get us into our house as soon as possible. We needed to close fast and she made it happen. She coordinated everything even when we were out of town. She made us feel comfortable through the whole buying process. She also knew all the right people that could ensure our purchasing process went smooth and fast. My wife and I highly recommend Kate. She will keep it real and she doesn't mess around. She always told us the truth, even when there was bad news. If we had to buy a house all over again, we would use Kate without hesitation.
