As a first time home buyer, I felt as if I was in perfect hands. I feel like Kate could sense when I was unsure of what something meant or what I could do, and give me examples and explanations that helped give me enough information to make my own informed decision. She was very nice and was available at all times whenever I needed her. If I ever buy a house in the area again, I would without a doubt look for Kate to be my realtor.

She was very personable. From the first phone call I knew she was it. Other realtoras that had contacted me decided to just text message and send multiple, unhelpful emails before calling and introducing themselves. The fact that its the first thing that Kate did, made me what to work with her more.

Kate has helped other family members in the past and she is a complete professional who is smart and intellectual to understand what exactly the clients maybe looking for. Kate is the best agent possible. She assessed our busy lifestyle and stayed up to Mark with all closing needs. She was there to guide us throughout the process and always available, be it a text or call late night or be it a showing over the weekend. She rocks Kate's professionalism made the difference and definitely the deal. She is a truthful and knowledgeable realtor and we are already in process of selecting another home with her help. I can't imagine going to another realtor at all.

The selling process took longer than anyone expected, at no fault of her own, and it was under contract in a matter of days!! Kate made sure I was kept in the loop and understood each step in the process. Not to mention the fact that she invested a lot of her time, even during the holidays, to ensure we had the best chance possible of selling during the winter months. Kate has a heart of gold and truly cares about her client's needs and desires when it comes to buying or selling your home.

I've known Kate since 2002. She's been one of a handful dear friends of mine. Of those friends, I'd say very few of them I'd trust with my life. One of them-just one-I'd trust with finding, securing, and brokering my house. Just to be clear, I'm talking about Kate! In all seriousness, I went into this transaction about as dumb as one can be. I placed all trust in Kate's judgement for all aspects, from knowing exactly what areas we wanted to look for (i.e. listening to our needs) to how to craft the very best offer and through the entire process. She's even going to help me move! (She doesn't know that yet... and don't count on that for you!) In another way to put it, the first offer we put on a house-in one of the most competitive areas in the DC area-we won. This was because of Kate.
