Being a long-distance client, Kate assisted us in finding our home after our first offer fell through. She toured four additional houses for us and walked us through the inspection via video chat. We were able to close on a house in less than a month largely due to Kate - she didn't let a single thing slip through the cracks. We would definitely recommend her, and will use her again for future transactions.

Not only was Kate extremely responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable, she was able to find me a home in a matter of weeks allowing me to close escrow by the time my lease ended. She was a joy to work with and very experienced about the whole process. She was able to explain everything in a way that put my mind, as first time home buyers, at ease.
