Seller reviewI walked into the Soldotna office (without an appointment) and Kevin & Lani greeted me with a smile. They spent spent considerable time with me understanding my needs to sell some estate property. It wasn't until a year later that I was ready to sell. I had a friend that was interested in buying the property and Kevin helped with many technical questions (well, electricity, existing trailer, property access issues) without even the commitment of a listing. When the friend backed out, Kevin had the listing contract to me the same day, and had it listed the following day. We had multiple offers within 4 days, and ended up selling it for 20% more than I expected. Lani helped with closing and it was a done deal before we new it. Kevin and Lani are very kind, knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend them for any real estate needs.
