Buyer reviewI or we of our church have had a very favorable experience in all aspects with Kevin and Lani through the purchase process of the Ansel property. But we feel our opinions would be much more developed and able to be expressed fully when the other two transactions we have underway with Kevin and Lani are complete, though we don't expect the current opinion to change.

Seller reviewI would pick Kevin and Lani to sell my property over any other realtor in the area. From the beginning they were honest thoughtful and considerate of all of our needs wants and desires, which is normally not the case in my interactions in the realtor community. They were never once worried or concerned with commission but went out of their way, long beyond the sale to help us secure and close out items that were in need of doing long after the sale, because we owner financed some of the property. A normal realtor would not have done these things, thank you Kevin and Lani for not only being out business friends but I consider you a friend for life. God bless you and your business endeavors.
