Lindsay went above and beyond the day we got an accepted offer! It was Mother's Day of all days, we had already walked thru a different house earlier that morning so she already had worked on her special Day. We put in an offer on our house and waited all day for a response. The seller's broker didn't respond until after 9pm and they said they didn't accept our offer. Lindsay went to work, on Mother's Day, AGAIN! SEVERAL phone calls back and forth, 1 hour later at just before 10pm we got the house our dreams and my wife got the best Mother's Day present she could ever ask for. Every time I had a question, which was a lot, she always had an answer. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Down to the the last walk thru we did in our house the day before closing she was teaching us things about houses. She taught us that the outlets that are upside down are the ones that are wired to the switches most of the time. Overall the whole experience was CRAZY, stressful, intense, but most of all it was fun! We can honestly say we had fun during the process of selling and buying our new home! I couldn't imagine doing it with anyone other than Lindsay. She was always available and made it all an enjoyable experience. She even made herself available while on vacation. For example, she answered a question from me literally while walking down a mountain. She's pretty awesome! I would definitely refer Lindsay to a friend. You would be missing out if you used someone else as a realtor! She is awesome! She's fun to work with, she is very responsive! She is crazy smart, and she has a network of people around her that can answer anything that she doesn't already know.
