Seller reviewAfter having a somewhat spontaneous offer accepted on our new home, we knew that selling our previous home was going to take work. We had never sold a home before and while the process seemed arduous, Lori made it easy. From prepping to staging to showing, she was with us every step of the way. Lori helped us sell our house quickly, and above asking price. When it comes to Real Estate, Lori knows what she is doing and we were glad to have her on our side!

After my offer was accepted, Lori helped me long-distance with the inspection and final closing details, turning what I feared would be a terrible ordeal into an easy transaction. Even after closing Lori continued to provide assistance above and beyond the call of duty. Lori and I easily established a rapport and she understood my needs and preferences. She was able to hone in on the properties I would like, so my limited time here wouldn't be wasted. Consequently we found the perfect place! She almost always answered the phone right away and when unable to answer at that moment, called me back promptly. She was friendly, professional, and respectful. Overall, I couldn't ask for more.

Due to the nature of the market we were looking in, we were able to put in an offer on a listing with only seeing it via a virtual showing.
