Seller reviewI have worked with Mr. Katt on three separate real estate transactions. He has always been very helpful & informative. My first transaction with Mr. Katt was unfortunately a short sale. In my opinion Mr. Katt performed several miracles during the process. I had several offers that were more than acceptable, however due to red tape with the MHA programs it was a very long and drawn out experience. Although I worked for a mortgage company and negotiated modifications and short sales, I lost hope. Mr. Katt remained diligent and steadfast in his commitment to assist me with selling my property. The bank called us and asked if we still had interested parties. I referred them back to my realtor and in two weeks I was sitting at the closing table. The next two transactions of course we're much easier for him and I both. He utilized that same diligence during the negotiation phase of the purchase and for the most recent sale of this property. I appreciate him and I hold him in high regard as a real estate professional.
