Seller reviewTim. Ray was a life saver. Our mother had tried to sell her home several times a few years ago and used several different realty firms, even tried to sell it "By Owner" but had no success. This was before we knew Tim Ray was in the realestate business. Our mother was in her mid 80's and was ready to sell her home and move to a retirement home. The nearest child lived two hours from Jonesboro. Tim handled everything from start to closing and even followed up with us after closing. There were no loose ends, no surprises, Tim's explanation of all contracts were clearly explained and all questions answered promptly. Most of all he was very respectful of my mother's position and needs. In my opinion, Tim went above and beyond an agents normal requirements to sell our mother's home. if anyone is in need of a realestate agent they need to call Tim Ray at Century 21 Wright-Pace Realestate. They will be glad they did. Thank you ... Tim Ray ... for getting the job done when others failed.
