Buyer reviewFamily member had good experience with Tim Ray when they purchased a lot for homesite. They recommended him. He was easy to work with and accommodated showings even on weekends . He listened to my requests on price and ads my family found and checked them out for us. I would highly reccomend him to anyone. He has checked on me since closing also. Tim made the search for and purchase of a hotme here a smoothe easy process. He put in time on weekends so family could come from out of town. He researched houses we found as well as those he knew to help us find exactly what we wanted. We closed in a reasonable time too. I would recommend him to anyone. He has checked on me since closing which was so thoughtful. Feel like he's a new friend. Good experience

Seller reviewwhen we chose to sell our house we thought it would take a while to sell but Tim Ray met with us and laid out his plan to get it sold. Tim said we should have it sold in two weeks and he was a man good to his word it sold in 72 hours. I would recommend Tim Ray to all my family and friends he is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and a man of his word.
