I think Patrick's years of experience in real estate is what really helped my house to sell for the best possible price it could have. He sat down with me at my house, and on his laptop accessed all the houses that were similar to mine that had sold in the past year. Then he went back 5 years to get the best assessment of what my house should sell for and be listed at. He was very thorough. He was very accurate in what it should be listed for. After the first week on the market of getting no offers, he reassessed the price and lowered it a little bit accordingly. This immediately drew more interest , and then he did a mass marketing event and an open house. I believe It was the week after that , when we got our first offer. Because Patrick has been in this industry so long he knows most of the inspectors and realtors and was able to work with them seemlessly. This just made the experience that much better for me. I thought the way he set up taking pictures of the house and the way he had them edited and displayed on the MLS was excellent. I have seen pictures of houses by other realtors that were just awful. Patrick made my house look amazing , and I think that makes a big difference in marketing. He really knows what he's doing. I am very grateful that he was my realtor. He really cares about his clients and it shows. He was personable, friendly, and great to talk to throughout the process. He always got back to me right away.
