I received a promotion from work, and needed to relocate fairly quickly. I reached to to Patrick to see if he was able to take me on as a client. He reached back within 60min and scheduled a walk through of our place. The next day gave me pointers to list it. The next day we listed and had 7 showings that day. We received an offer over asking from that first day. We accepted! He sent us several properties in the area we were looking, all with the accommodations we requested. After about 5 or six listings, we found the house of our dreams. We put an offer in, and just as expected there was a higher offer. We had it in our budget to raise our offer a little and Patrick went to work to make sure it was accepted. So with his hard work the did accept. And three weeks later we had closings on both properties perfectly lined up. It went smoother then I could have expected. Today my family and I are moving in to the most amazing place.
