Seller reviewAfter losing my husband, it was hard to say goodbye to the home we shared for over 40 years. Wendy Grunewald was emphathetic with my situation and practically held my hand through the entire process. She was calm and kind and truly seemed to be genuinely concerned with how I was feeling. By the time of the closing I was so comfortable with the entire process that I was eager to get on to the next adventure. Wendy Grunewald said that she would check in to see how I was doing in my new home. Turns out it wasn't lip service. She really cares. I would recommend Wendy to anyone who is uncertain about the process. She is well-informed and explains things well. She isn't afraid to tackle any sticky situations that arise either. I would feel comfortable recommending her to anyone who wants personalized attention.

She anticipated our needs and researched alternatives and potential issues regarding properties we looked at and provided the back-round data we needed to formulate our purchasing decision. I respect her knowledge valued her counsel and input regarding items to include in the home we eventually decided to build, in order to facilitate its future "sale-ability".

We had moved out of state, and needed to sell our home in WI from a distance. She made the experience easy. She not only helped with offers but helped with scheduling work that needed to be done on the house. She knew that we needed to sell asap and she worked aggressively to get that done. We could not have sold the house without her. We will recommend her to everyone!
