Buyer reviewWendy is AMAZING! She was very understanding with me being a first time home buyer, even after I sent her Excel spreadsheets of houses I wanted to see. She was quick to respond to emails and even faster to texts. One weekend I did open houses and I found a house I liked so I texted her, thinking she would be busy showing and she would call me back later that day and set up a showing. Nope, she texted back saying she would meet me there in 10 minutes. Same thing with a different house. Then when I found my house, she was great with my indecisiveness. And to top it all off, Wendy put up with me and not knowing what I really wanted. Wendy truly cares about you and wants what it best for you. I would recommend her to everyone and I have recommended to a friend. Once you buy a house with her, the relationship doesn't end. She will make sure that everything is ok with your new place. There is a long list of things Wendy did that made buying with her so great! Basically, let's just say I won't let her retired - she is going to be selling my home when I move. She doesn't know this yet. :) Your welcome...
