I was very anxious the whole process only because I felt like anything was a catastrophe and would make the deal fall through. Michael was so patient and was always right there to calm and assure me that everything was progressing as it should. I am a 53yr old man. This is my first time purchasing a home. I will tell you if it were not for Michael's assurance and guidence the whole way through, it would have been a terrible experience. Michael made this entire process a fantastic one.
