Buyer reviewWhen we met Jessica for our first home buying experience, both the wife and I were nervous and had many new questions. Jessica's ability to answer all our questions and make us feel comfortable was immediate. She showed us homes by what criteria we were looking into a home. Often asking key questions that helped her identify the home we wanted. She brokered between the seller and us to fix several things in the home before closing and she was able to get the seller to repair all the requested repairs. Jessica helped throughout the entire process with the loan company, and being VA loan, she had to explain several more things to us to help us make the right decisions. I would strongly urge anyone looking to buy or sell their home to use Jessica Williams as their realtor. She will work very hard to help you find that right house, or sell your house. She cares.
