Seller reviewI can't say enough about Michelle's patience! She answered all our questions (sometimes multiple times!); came up with a strategy, let us know which home improvements would increase the value of our home, and walked us through each step of the selling process. From signing her on as our Agent, to scheduling the showings and open houses, to final sale contract. I wouldn't have entrusted anyone else but Michelle to handle the sale of our home. We have a friend for life! Michelle is absolutely a gem!!! We were so fortunate for her knowledge, patience, and guidance through this whole process. We have a friend for life!! Michelle has the patience of a Saint!!! I was getting nervous as our moving date was fast approaching, and we were still looking for a buyer. Michelle never wavered. She knows the market well, priced the house accordingly, and always said, it just takes the right person (s) to see the home, and we'd be under contract. She is just the best!!

There were professionals in our purchase process that were not very educated and made incorrect remarks. Shelly was always confident but willing to admit when she didn't know the answer. It always felt like she was our biggest support and had our best interest in mind. I couldn't recommend Shelly enough and I have already begun referring her to our friends and family
