Seller reviewShelly Valdez was incredibly professional and yet also gave it her personal touch by listening to what was important to me and always being available to answer my questions (and I had a lot). I don't know much about real estate so she was a font of knowledge for me and gave me the best advice and guidance through all of the tricky navigation of selling my home. I think we had every issue that you can imagine come up during the sale of the property and yet she handled everything so well that I did not have to worry about a thing. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is the market to buy or sell a home!!!!!!!!! If you're looking for a realtor who is highly experienced, knowledgeable, professional, available and communicates well, then I would go with Shelly Valdez. She listens and will represent you in the best way possible. She also has an eye for staging and knew how to show our house in the best light possible.
