Buyer reviewBring new to the area I went with Rosie Lombardi as she was #1: the realtor on the yard sign and #2: stayed with her because she was forthcoming with the realities of the market and what the property would require for improvements including cost estimates. She was confident and always just stated the facts letting me process my own decision. Never rushed me, always available, and saw the big picture on my behalf when I couldn't for myself. Great eye for detail, catching many items I didn't notice. I've never been more comfortable in such an important transaction as this than I was with Rosie Lombardi!

This was an emotional transaction. Both Rosie and Dee Dee were compassionate, understanding, professional, caring and I couldn't have made it through this without them!!! Everyone involved in this transaction provided stellar service. Della, Rosie, Dee Dee are my dream team. If there was anything higher than excellent I would have selected that. I felt so well taken care of and in the most capable hands while working with Rosie.

We have relied on Rosie for her professional and knowledgeable advice and efficient, friendly and personal service. We will continue to work with Rosie in our future realty dealings. I do not reside in Sonoma County and Rosie took care of all matters preparing my house in Rhonert Park for sale. She had all necessary work done to make the house ready for sale, communicated with the renters and held open houses for the sale of the property. Rosie always kept me informed about all matters pertaining to the house and sold the house after just two weekends. Seller reviewA number of things came through : Rosie is very experienced, tactful, patient, able to explain the housing market in today's economy and most of all , was willing and able to completely take over all of the "fixit" tasks, etc. as I live in WA state . She was amazing. Competent beyond the call of duty. I was and am so impressed with the work she went through to pull off this sale. I will not forget this one. What can I say? The best realtor ever in all my 76 years. The staff was kind re: my lack of computer skills. Doc -U- Sign was a big step. Still not sure I like it but it saved me a trip to California to scratch my initials. They were good. Also worked late hours which was helpful . Excellent, excellent, excellent.
