Seller reviewRosie Lombardi did a great job of marketing our property. Great staging of the house and photographs for advertising. She had a buyer ready to make an offer as soon as the property was listed for sale. Rosie said that she would not be taking any offers until the Wednesday after the Sunday Open House. The Open House was well attended, and the prospective buyers attended it as well. They were very interested in purchasing the house and as a result made an offer above the asking price. Well done, Rosie!!
