Seller reviewWe listed our house at the beginning of the Caldor Fire. It sold quickly but as the fire progressed the buyers pulled out. Cheryl guided us through taking it off the market and relisting $5,000 less. The fire was getting under control and we had more showings. Cheryl kept us calm through the progress assuring us it would sell soon. Cheryl was great to work with and we would highly recommend her to current buyers.
