Seller reviewI selected Sheryl because I knew her from living in the same community, and was confident that she would be well informed about the area. After signing up I was extremely impressed with her knowledge, and professionalism, and especially her kindness as this was a very emotional move for me. I would whole heartedely recommend her to anyone who needs a personal approach.to getting through all the opening and closing of escrows. Sheryl, YOU WERE THE BEST!!! Sheryl stayed calm while I was stressing out over some of the bizarre craziness of the buyers, like the wife who flew back to CHINA so as NOT to sign the papers in escrow. YIKES!!! I wish I would have known her on more of a personal basis before moving out of the area.

Seller reviewCheryl does a great job listing, showing, and addressing the seller and buyers concerns. She is very responsive, positive and thorough. Her demeanor is calm and she listens to you! Also she takes care of her clients. We had a bunch of stuff at the end that we couldn't take and she took it to hospice for us. Amazing!!!! Cheryl's patience and reassurance over our concerns during the process made it a great experience. She was always so professional and kind. I wish we could have taken her down to SoCal to be our realtor there! Cheryl got our house sold! We are very grateful for all that she did to make that happen. While Covid prevented a quicker sale Cheryl did everything possible to show and sell our property. She negotiated well with the buyer and I think both sides were very satisfied with the experience. Selling and buying is stressful but Cheryl alleviated it as much as possible!

Buyer reviewCheryl was outstanding to work with! Quite frankly, the last 2 months have been very stressful for me, e.g., COVID-19, moved from Colorado - a room rental, where the landlady was like a "dictator" and was anal about all things concerning her house; stayed in two California locations, Sunnyvale (mom's home) over 125 miles from the locale I wanted to live at and a friend's house in Elk Grove, again a considerable distance; and last, but not least, my car broke down and required me to buy another vehicle. Consequently, I may have had a "short fuse" on more than one occasion with Cheryl, as well as the Title and Lending representatives. Regarding Cheryl, she was very understanding about what I was going through. Insofar as her competence, I would rate her excellent! She was knowledgeable about the area, the homes we visited, and pointed out issues that might occur if I bought certain homes. All in all, she is one of the best realtors I have come across. I have owned 5 other homes, so I know what I am talking about when I rate her highly.

Seller reviewWe should have gone to Cheryl 6 months earlier. Other realtor did not have the local knowledge Cheryl had nor the desire to make a close happen. Cheryl kept her commitment to her sales plan of open houses, realtor showings and proper advertising! Under her wing, our place sold in two months in a rural mountain location and at asking price! Professional, committed and understanding!
