Pete Vakakes and his team are experienced, easy to work with and have considerable knowledge and familiarity with the local Gulf Shores/Orange Beach market. Pete was always available when we had questions and didn't hesitate to go above and beyond just merely serving another client/customer. The more contact we had with Pete, the higher our comfort level rose. He made my wife and me feel like we were family or friends...he has great coffee!!
