I was so impressed at her efficiency that I decided to stick with her. She was GREAT to deal with! Fast, knowledgeable and responsive. It was a really smooth transaction. I never waited on her for anything. She was so quick to respond about everything. And I found great comfort that she texted me periodic updates. She even saved the day by driving to my work to pick up my closing check (which I left on my desk) when I showed up empty handed. ...what's not to love! Service Excellence!!
