It was great meeting and working with Sarah. I briefly spoke with her about another property (new build) I was interested in. Within a few days Sarah found a property that better suited my needs. She was familiar with the layout as it was the same as one she purchased for her family. This was an awesome perk because she was able to show us things to look for in our walk and pointed out things we would not have noticed. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely exceptional exeperience working with Sarah and Chris Sartwell. We interviewed several candidates and from the start, they felt right. They put together a great marketing plan and were very communicative throughout the entire process. This was very important for us because we live out of state. Sarah and Chris went above and beyond on numerous occasions including vacuuming and dusting our home before photos, meeting with our property management company, meeting with several vendors, and watering the new sod that was installed in the yard. At the end of the day, we received a great offer after only 8 days on the market despite several similar floor plans in our neighborhood being on the market at the same time. I would highly recommend Sarah and Chris and should we ever have another real estate transaction in Florida, they will be the only people we would work with.
