While we know Sarah personally, we were very excited to work with her on a professional level. Sarah more than exceeded our expectations from start to finish. She spent so much time providing us with up to date information on the market in our area, the status of our sale, and making sure all our questions were answered. Her responsiveness was just amazing throughout the entire process even on her wedding anniversary. Her positivity and dedication to her clients was so apparent every time we spoke. She always had our best interests in mind. I could not have selected someone better to help us sell our home and I truly believe she was critical to the outcome exceeding our expectations.

In the process Sarah Sartwell made sure I knew every detail to what was going on the moment she knew. At all moments Sarah would double check her work to make sure everything went smooth for the showings, negotiations, the contracts, the closing EVERYTHING! I don't think I was ever confused once Sarah explained it to me. Communication is her strong suit that's for sure! She went above and beyond to make sure that the place I made my home was the perfect fit for me. We even had our set backs: with listing agents not showing up, and even hauntings BUT SARAH WAS A CHAMPION THROUGH IT ALL! What an absolute legend! Now I have a home that checks all my boxes (and I'm a person with a lot of boxes so this was no walk in the park) and I couldn't be happier with the person I got to go through this process with. Way to go Sarah!
