Connecting with C21NM was primarily through past experiences and recommendations from friends. It is most important to me that agents were trusted by people that I know and trust. Local knowledge is also very important. I have experienced brokers in the past that don't have a clue about the local market (other than automated reporting tools) and can't fully communicate to the client the market and risk around a property. My property was on the market for over 11 months prior to Susan becoming my broker. I used two different agents prior to Susan (1 non-C21NM and 1 C21NM). We did not have one offer on the home during that time period. Susan's best quality (and most valued in my opinion) is her communication skills. I lived over 1500 miles away from the home while it was on the market. Her ability to contact and communicate issues, concerns, etc. made me feel like I was living next door to her. She will likely say it was luck; however, I am convinced her local knowledge, due diligence, marketing plan, and local networking ability overpowered "luck". She was great ... Beyond great! Susan is an elite agent. When you live +1500 miles from a home it can be challenging to understand the dynamic of selling your home. Susan was great at keeping our minds at ease and keeping us informed every step of the way. She was our only connection to the area. We had not lived in the area for over 5 years. To say she was our "lifeline" was an understatement. She is the epitome of a trusted, knowledgeable, professional, and polite partner throughout our home selling experience. Would rate her beyond excellent if I could. She is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with.

I have dealt with several agents from this broker with great success and will always use them in this area. Always on top of what we needed to do to keep things moving. Very responsive to individual requests for appointments or information. There was always a poc who could/would respond in a moments notice. Not many organizations can bring you from offer to closing on a VA loan in three weeks but Susan and Century 21 NM did it.
