My sister referred my husband and me to Aaron Christensen, when looking for a realtor. We are so glad that she did. We were visiting Utah, from out of state, and had no intentions on buying property. When the subject came up, she said, "let me invite my realtor over". That's when we met Aaron. Aaron was very resourceful, he helped to answer a lot of our questions, and he made everything feel so easy and natural. We ended up looking at houses and it felt like we were just looking for fun, with a friend. There was no pressure and he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. He knew that our time in Utah was very limited (just a few days) and he made the very best of our time. We ALWAYS felt like we were his only customer, when we clearly were not. He did so because photos don't always give you a true picture and he was absolutely right about that! After sending over 9 videos, we thought we found the right house. Aaron took a look, contacted us right away and shared his insight but also said, "I found a house that I think you will really like". He was spot on! From that moment on, we worked quickly on closing the sale. It was the best buying experience we've ever had. To top it off, Aaron had us in a new home within 5 weeks (from introduction, to property shopping, then to handing us our keys). Not only did Aaron help us find the right home (quickly), but he educated us ALOT on the offer process! We truly value Aaron as a realtor and now as a friend.

Zach Bunker was excellent to work with. He was very friendly and personable and understood our needs. With such a competitive market he and his counterparts were able to put together a fair but strong offer, together with helping compose a sellers letter that allowed us to get the first offer we made accepted quickly. His efforts to do that, as well as connect with the sellers realtor and identify ways to get our offer noticed allowed us to get into the home we wanted without any drama and quite fortunately without even paying over it's appraised value. He knew the market, the numbers and how to make it work and we really enjoyed the experience!
