He was always one step ahead of us, remembered every detail, went the extra mile, and always delivered better results than we hoped for. Austin is very knowledgeable, with great people skills, making everyone on both sides of the transaction feel very comfortable. We were particularly impressed with his patience and attention to detail. Loved the walk-through videos he created for us with crucially helpful narrative. He was always very professional and completely accessible, which we appreciated so much.
