Seller reviewWe met AJ when we responded to a house listing online. We set up a showing and met AJ there. We knew after talking to him briefly that he was knowledgeable about the area and was truly interested in hearing what we were searching for. AJ was awesome every step of the way. He went above and beyond for us. AJ suggested where we should list our house price wise and the advantages of it. He nailed it. We received 3 over asking price offers within 48 hours of being on the market. I would recommend AJ to anyone who asked. Every step of the process he was on top of things and informed us of what was happening or going to happen. AJ made this whole process enjoyable!

Seller reviewThe house sold within 2 days so the results speak for themselves. I was very pleased with the photography and written listing that AJ developed for online exposure. He certainly excels in this area! He comes across as a nice guy. Thats the best quality one could have. I spoke with AJ after calling his phone number from a yard sign on a property we were interested in. He showed us the property and we immediately felt that AJ was a genuine person who would take the time to make sure we found the right property for us. This was a long 2 year search for our perfect property. Many highs and lows throughout the search...but AJ stuck with it and we ended up putting a deal together that we never thought possible at first. He never became tired of dealing with us whereas I think most would have.
