Seller reviewI have known Frank Frye since Elementary School - a very honest Good Guy. Haven't resided in Newark or Ohio since 1968 but heard nothing but positive feedback about Aaron Parks the past few years when visiting my mother, a lifelong resident. When it came time to settle her estate and sell the house my grandfather built in 1950 and that she lived in since her death in 2017, there was no question who we would trust and rely on to sell it. Aaron and Frank. The property was listed on a Friday morning. We had a signed Buyers Contract within 8 HOURS! Above the asking price. After working with Aaron as our agent, we would now consider him a friend.

Buyer reviewI'm not the type that typically writes reviews but Aaron definitely deserves one. I wanted to get into rentals/flip houses and Aaron helped guide me in the right direction and helped me make, what I hope is, a great decision. He steered me clear of houses that he felt wouldn't be in my best interest and found a house for me that hadn't even hit the market yet. I inquired with a few realtors before I began searching for houses and Aaron was the only one that sent me daily new listings and price reductions that were in my target area and price range. Overall Aaron did a great job.
