From start to finish, Abbey was phenomenal to work with as we searched for and bought our home. Since this was our first home-buying experience, she laid out the whole process at our first meeting and we walked away confident that we had picked the right agent. Abbey sought to understand our needs and wants in a home and always kept those at the heart of our conversations. We were so touched that in addition to keeping tabs on the market that she asked friends and others agents at Century 21 about houses to try to help us find the perfect fit. We could tell Abbey truly cared about helping us find our dream home and she encouraged us to stay positive and to believe our house was out there. When we did find our home, she was excited for us, like a friend would be. We appreciated Abbey's prompt responses and availability when we had questions and/or wanted to view a house. The only downside of finding our home was realizing we wouldn't be seeing Abbey as often since we wouldn't be looking at houses with her. We attribute that to Abbey's commitment to forming a personal relationship with her buyers in order to better serve them. Abbey made our closing special with her personal touches and her genuine excitement for our beautiful new home. Overall, we cannot recommend Abbey strongly enough! She gives 110% and seeks to truly take care of her clients so they are happy and confident in their decision.
